Before you begin

Keep these ready as files on your device. The form takes about 15–20 minutes.

  • 1 Passport photo — JPG/PNG, exactly 200×230 px, under 5 MB, plain background
  • 2 Signature scan — JPG/PNG, exactly 140×60 px, under 5 MB, on plain white paper
  • 3 Aadhar card — scanned copy, PDF or image, under 5 MB
  • 4 ABC ID (12-digit Academic Bank of Credits ID) — optional, see guide below if you don't have one
  • 5 Educational documents combined into one PDF, under 10 MB
  • 6 Other grade/certification exams (if any) combined into one PDF, under 10 MB
  • 7 Payment receipt with reference number — you'll pay first, then upload it. Account Details shared below.
  • 8 Working WhatsApp number and email ID

Educational documents PDF: school students upload their latest report card; everyone else combines their highest degree/diploma certificate with their 10th and 12th certificates into one PDF, in that order.

Don't have an ABC ID yet? Here's how to create one (~5 minutes)
  1. Go to digilocker.gov.in and sign in, or sign up if new (Aadhaar-linked mobile number needed).
  2. Verify with the OTP sent to your Aadhaar-linked mobile.
  3. Go to "Search Documents" and search "Academic Bank of Credits (ABC ID Card)".
  4. Confirm your details, select institution and admission year, and give consent.
  5. Tap "Get Document" — your ABC ID is generated instantly.
  6. Find it under "Issued Documents", download the PDF, and note your 12-digit ABC ID for this form.
