Professor Dr S. Venkateswaran (1933–2023)

Late Professor S. Venkateswaran, a visionary educationist and distinguished administrator, served as the Vice Chancellor of BITS, Pilani, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the institution's academic excellence and global reputation. A scholar of exceptional caliber, Professor Venkateswaran held advanced degrees in physics and mathematics, combining his technical expertise with an unwavering commitment to fostering innovation in education.From 2003 until his passing, Professor Venkateswaran was a valued member of the Board of Dr. TVG’s Academy of Indian Music & Arts (AIMA). His profound appreciation for Indian arts and culture was evident in his steadfast support for AIMA's mission and pedagogy. He greatly admired the Academy's holistic approach to nurturing talent and its dedication to preserving the rich traditions of Indian music and arts.Professor Venkateswaran's approval and encouragement were instrumental in AIMA's growth, providing invaluable guidance to its endeavors. His legacy continues to inspire the Academy and the countless individuals whose lives he touched through his work and mentorship.

They are a leading Auditing Firm in Chennai and have handled the accounts of AIMA for a long time. The team is headed by Mr N Rajeswara Rao and managed by Ms M R Ramamani.

Mr. N. RAJESWARA RAO, the founder-partner in RAO NARAYAN ASSOCIATES, is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Mr. Rao’s experience spans over 40 years in extensive statutory, internal, financial, forensic, stock and management audits with in large, medium and small-scale industries in all sectors, including export and inland sectors of public listed companies, unlisted companies, private companies, LLPs and all other types constitutional entities.

Ms. M. R. RAMAMANI is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She is a graduate with excellent academic record in commerce and post-graduation in accountancy. Her experience spans over 18 years and includes extensive statutory, financial and management audit experience covering large- and medium-scale industries apart from export and inland sectors, public unlisted companies, private companies and all types of constitutional entities.
