1. Service Scope

We offer:

  • Special initiatives for underprivileged artists and students

All services are subject to change or discontinuation based on operational needs.

2. Eligibility

Our programs are open to all age groups, unless specifically mentioned for certain age brackets or skill levels.

Refund, Cancellation & Donation Policy

 

1. Music Classes

  • Fees for music classes are non-refundable once the session has begun.
  • In the rare event that AIMA cancels a class permanently, the unused portion of the fee may be refunded or adjusted.

 

2. Event Registrations

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the event to be eligible for a refund.
  • After that, no refunds will be issued.

 

3. Donations

  • All donations to AIMA are non-refundable and used solely for our charitable objectives.

 

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, email info@tvgaima.com with the details of your payment. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

 

1. Physical Products

  • Shipped within 10 days of purchase.
  • Delivery time depends on your location.
  • Shipping fees, if applicable, will be shown at checkout.

 

2. Digital Products

  • Access is granted immediately upon successful payment.
  • For downloadable content, a link will be emailed or activated via your account.

 

3. Delays

If delays occur due to unforeseen issues (logistics, natural causes), we will notify you via email.
